  Old Rose Garden & Foxgloves Terms and conditions

  1. When you submit a booking via our online reservation system you will receive an automatically generated booking summery by email to the email address you have provided on the booking form.
  2. Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 20% non refundable deposit.
  3. The full balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday date.
  4. Changeover day is usually (Friday’s for Foxgloves) and (Saturday’s for Old Rose Garden), But from November to March Short breaks are available. Check in time is 3pm and day of departure is 10am.
  1. The property does have wireless broadband.
  2. We fully recommend that you have holiday insurance.
  3. The accommodation is for four people (Foxgloves) two people (Old Rose Garden)
  4. Booking will be confirmed upon receipt of 20% non refundable deposit.
  5. If booking within 6 weeks of hire date, full payment will be required.
  6. If you cancel you’re booking more than 6 weeks before the start date a refund will be paid minus the 20% non refundable deposit.
  1. If you cancel your booking less than 6 weeks before hire date you are liable for the total cost of the holiday, if we are able to re-let your booking a refund will be given minus the 20% deposit.
  2. If we have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.
  3. You are responsible for the property while on holiday, on departure of your holiday please leave clean and tidy. Please report and damages, so we can rectify for next guests.

  5. Sorry, No pets
  6. No smoking/Vaping or candles are permitted in any part of the premises.
  7. Please do not use 13amp EV chargers they are Not Permitted.
  8. Both Old Rose Garden and Foxgloves have Zappi EV chargers to use. (Separate booking terms to use on arrival)
